Type 2 diabetes found a promising treatment option with Invokana but soon there were reports on its negativities to the FDA. The FDA initially marked the drug as an effective medication in 2013 but with some months into the release of the drug, victims complained about some serious health effects. Filing of the lawsuits The lawyers fighting for their plaintiffs for the Invokana settlements have allegedly filed for the associated health risks of this medication. The U.S. courts have hundreds of pending cases against the major drug making company where they have been blamed for causing life threatening injuries.
